RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — JOUNEN
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason for your decision.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at jounenstor@outlook.fr, stating your order number.
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold: complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.
You may be held liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Returns sent without contacting us beforehand may result in difficulties or delays in processing.
Return Address
Before sending your product back, please contact us at jounenstor@outlook.fr to receive the return instructions and the return address applicable to your order.
Do not return your order to any other address without first receiving our instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by us.
If the product received is defective, damaged or does not match the order, please contact us so that we can review the situation and advise you of the appropriate procedure.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your product is damaged, defective, or if you received an item different from the one ordered, please contact us promptly at jounenstor@outlook.fr, stating your order number and, where possible, attaching photographs showing the issue.
We will review your request in order to offer you an appropriate solution, without affecting your rights under applicable statutory warranties.
USB-C or Lightning Connector Selection
Where several versions of the product are offered, including USB-C and Lightning (iPhone), it is the customer’s responsibility to select the version that is compatible with their device before placing an order.
However, an error in the choice of connector does not remove any consumer rights granted under applicable law, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
Exchanges
If you wish to change the version or model, please contact us at jounenstor@outlook.fr.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you with instructions for returning the relevant product and then placing a new order for the desired version.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you of the processing of your request.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued within the time limits required by applicable law and, in principle, using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the refund will include the amounts required by applicable law, including standard delivery charges where these must legally be refunded. Any additional charges resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered may not necessarily be refundable.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may then depend on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain categories of products expressly excluded by law, including certain personalized products or products made to the consumer’s specifications, as well as certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
These exceptions will only apply where they are legally applicable to the product concerned.
Statutory Warranties
This return policy does not limit the rights consumers have under applicable statutory warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
